This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4-night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property. Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking. Aspen Parking: Each unit has one assigned parking space in addition to the garage parking. The parking space is located immediately in front of the garage or unit. Trailer parking is restricted. Only trailers 16’ and under are allowed on Aspen property. Those trailers must be parked in the designated space, NOT in the general parking area. Trailers over 16’ and/or additional trailers are not allowed. The general parking lot area is extremely limited. Vehicles must be parked perpendicular to the roadway to maximize the number of available spaces. Parallel parking is not allowed. Use of the limited general parking is on a first-come, first-served basis for owners, renters, or their visitors. Storing a vehicle in the general parking areas is not permitted.
