Experience the warm hospitality of Fortuna—your getaway starts here! The space Welcome to your perfect getaway! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Inside, you’ll find miltiple bright and airy living areas , a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms that comfortably accommodate your group. Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in the main living area. Two large living rooms and a sun room are at the front of the house, a wood-stove is tucked in the corner of the main living room for your enjoyment. The kitchen is open to the the large dining room area with both an eat-over-bar area with seating and a dining room table that comfortably seats 8. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you might need to whip up a meal for your guests, there is a laundry area just off of the kitchen for your convenience. Just off of the kitchen there is a large, fully-updated bathroom with a walk in shower. Adjacent to the bathroom is the patio where the hot tub is located, it is available for guest use all year long. All four of the bedrooms are on the second level of the home. Two of the beds are full-size, and two are queen-size. All of the bedrooms have closets for storage as well as dressers. There is a large bathroom on the second story with a shower and separate, clawfoot tub. There is a monitor heater on the main living level as well as multiple "envi" wall heaters for your convenience. There are wall heaters in each bedroom as well. Step outside to the front yard where there are multiple areas to sit and enjoy the small pond. We prefer that you not go passed the apple tree. Unwind in the evenings with access to the hot tub, perfect for soaking under the stars. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, this home offers the ideal setting for unforgettable memories! Other things to note Important notes: *The trash can is blue and the recycling is the large grey can they are on the left side of the house* *Feel free to enjoy the front yard and side yard, but please do not go into the yard passed the apple tree, adjacent to the back of the hot tub unit. There is another unit on that side of the yard, and that is the tenant's yard.* *We do provide firewood from December through February, the wood shed is visible from the dining room window* *No Smoking is allowed on the property* *No parties allowed* *unauthorized events *$250 fine for unauthorized events* *Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am *There is a $50 pet fee *There is a $165 cleaning fee* *Early check-in, $25 per hour early unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon by the host. *$25/per 30 minute late check-out. *Please note, during busy turnover days, or days when there was an excess of laundry used by the previous guests, the cleaners are allowed to leave laundry in the dryer to dry. If you need to use the facilities, please either put the clean laundry on top of the dryer, or, if a basket is available, use the basket. Thank you
