Directly between Eureka and Arcata makes this an easy spot to unwind in the country with only a 5 minute easy drive to either town. Great privacy close to town! The space The Tiny house is well appointed with nice compact kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas stove and large sink. Small couch, 55” smart tv mounted on the wall. One full bathroom with a corner shower unit, vanity and toilet. The loft area is accessed up a ladder stair. There is a full sized bed with small shelf nook and beautiful views of the redwoods next door. Baseboard heating with thermostat keeps the space warm and cozy. There is a small covered deck with a large two person spa, bbq and comfy seating outside. Guest access The Tiny house is fully fenced, the house, hot tub, small covered deck and large fenced yard is all private. One private off street parking spot is provided. There is no additional parking nearby. Other things to note There is only one private off street parking spot and no additional parking nearby. Trailers are not permitted. There is a short walk(about 40 yards) from your vehicle to access the property. The tiny house has a loft with a fairly steep ladder stair to access it.
