Just under an hour’s drive from Edmonton, our serene 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin is the perfect haven for relaxation year-round. In winter, guests can enjoy ice fishing with our cozy shack on the lake (seasonal, weather permitting), or head out for snowmobiling or quadding on the frozen lake with their own equipment. See Guest Access for full details. The space Constructed from stunning pine wood, our cabin is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, offering a warm and inviting retreat. With breathtaking lake views and thoughtful amenities, it’s a space designed for relaxation, adventure, and creating lasting memories. Start your day with a peaceful moment on the spacious patio, whether it's enjoying a cup of coffee or simply soaking in the serenity of the lake. Inside, the cozy living area features a gas fireplace for those chillier evenings, alongside a smart TV with complimentary Netflix access for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and we’ve included Nespresso coffee, teas, and hot cocoa to keep you cozy and refreshed. The cabin is thoughtfully outfitted for all seasons, featuring a smart thermostat for comfort and high-speed Starlink internet to keep you connected. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the availability of a Pack 'n Play travel crib, high-chair, and children’s dinnerware upon request. Outside, you’ll find a firepit for roasting marshmallows under the stars, and our private dock, which is seasonally available and lit at night, provides a peaceful spot for evening relaxation or fishing. In the colder months, enjoy the snow-covered beauty of the landscape from the warmth of the cabin or spend quality time with the board games provided. The cabin’s proximity to the Kokomoko boat launch, Seba Beach, local shops, farmers' markets, and Pineridge Golf Course makes it easy to explore the area while still enjoying the tranquility of lakeside living. Whether you're planning a peaceful getaway or an extended stay, our lakeside retreat promises memorable moments with family and friends. Guest access Our cabin offers a variety of amenities and activities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, whether you're exploring the great outdoors or enjoying a cozy day indoors! Please note there is NO designated swimming area or swimming access from the cabin. ○Dock Access: Guests will have access to our dock, which is put out seasonally between June and Mid-September (weather permitting). It’s perfect for fishing, relaxing by the water, or launching kayaks and paddleboards. Please note: The dock is not suitable for boats, and we do not have a boat launch or boat lift/hoist on the property. ○Firepit: Enjoy evenings around the firepit for a classic outdoor experience. Firewood is provided, but guests are responsible for ensuring the fire is never left unattended and is completely extinguished before leaving the area. Please note that fire usage is subject to local seasonal fire bans, depending on weather conditions. ○Trails & Outdoor Adventures: The area is surrounded by trails, ideal for quading, dirt biking, and cycling. Feel free to bring your recreational toys! The lake also offers open water for canoeing, kayaking, boating, and sea-doing. ○Water Equipment Rentals: During the summer, kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent for an additional fee. Life jackets are included with all rentals to ensure your safety while enjoying the water. Let us know in advance if you're interested in renting them. ○Winter Activities: In the winter months, guests can enjoy the unique experience of ice fishing! We offer an ice fishing shack as part of your stay, typically available from January to March, depending on weather conditions and ice thickness. The ice shack includes everything you need for a cozy and successful outing: a hand auger, ice fishing rods, an inverter generator, and an infrared heater to keep you warm while you fish. This is a perfect way to embrace the frosty beauty of the lake and create unforgettable winter memories! Let us know in advance if you're interested in reserving the ice fishing shack. Guests are also welcome to bring their own snowmobiles or quads to explore the frozen lake and nearby trails (seasonal and weather permitting). ○Family Fun Indoors: If you’re looking for a relaxing day inside, we’ve got you covered! We provide a variety of board games for family fun, as well as complimentary Netflix access to enjoy your favourite movies and shows on our smart TV. Whether you’re exploring the outdoors or staying in, our cabin has something for everyone to enjoy! Other things to note We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs at the cabin! Please note that pets (dogs only) must be disclosed and approved by the hosts at the time of booking, and a pet fee applies per stay. For your safety and convenience, we provide a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and an epi-pen on-site. The tap water is sourced from a cistern and is potable; however, for your comfort, we also provide a water cooler with one complimentary 4 or 5-gallon water jug. If you anticipate needing more drinking water, we recommend bringing bottled water or additional 4 or 5-gallon jugs for refills.
