From this flat, you'll be just 2 minutes from the Uffizi Galleries and the legendary All'Antico Vinaio, 5 minutes from the Ponte Vecchio, and 9 minutes from the Duomo! The space The apartment is bright and the interior furnishings are typically Tuscan, including terracotta floors from the Chianti region. The terracotta floors and fireplace are antique, which is why both the terracotta floors and fireplace look this way. The fireplace is a decorative feature; it's not designed to be lit, as many Tuscan homes where fireplaces are typically used as furnishings, so it's not intended to burn wood. The apartment's four windows facing the street all offer enchanting views of the Arno River, which is, as is well known, one of the main monuments of the Cradle of the Renaissance! As the crow flies, 50 meters west of Filippo's House is the Uffizi Museum, adjacent to the Galileo Galilei Museum. These two museums are a fundamental part of the history of human civilization. Also, 250 meters west of Filippo's House is the Ponte Vecchio, known as the bridge of bridges. Thanks to Filippo's House's strategic location, you can reach the Ponte Vecchio directly from the Lungarno, strolling under the portico of the marvelous Vasari Corridor.
