Thelma House is a brand new property located in Rome, 1 km from Tiburtina Station. The apartment sleeps 6, divided into a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet, a bedroom with a single bed + a foldaway single bed, a second bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen and a double sofa bed. The bathrooms have a shower and bidet, the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with smart TVs. We also have self check-in. The area is full of services and perfectly connected. The space The accommodation has been recently renovated and is furnished with great care. It has numerous amenities designed to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, extendable table, smart TV and fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to cook and eat meals: pans, pots, induction hob and dishes for adults and children. The kitchen also includes a microwave, a coffee pod machine, a toaster and a kettle, as well as a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a freezer. From the entrance you can access the first bathroom, complete with shower stall, shampoo and body wash dispenser, toiletries and hairdryer. In the hallway, there is a closet equipped with a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, first aid kit, and everything you need to clean the house, available in case of need. The cozy and elegant master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, Smart TV, bedside tables, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower, shampoo and body wash dispensers, toiletries and a hairdryer. The second bedroom, also equipped with a wardrobe and Smart TV, has a fixed single bed and a second foldaway single bed. The apartment is about a 1 km walk from Tiburtina station; in just five metro stops you can reach the Colosseum. The area is full of all kinds of services: supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, laundries, and stores for basic and secondary needs are within walking distance. The property is located in a quiet, residential area, where it is generally easy to find parking. A paid garage is also available a short distance away, which is useful if needed. Guest access Depending on the arrival time of the guests, we offer both in-person check-in and independent guest access. In this case, once online check-in is complete and the accommodation tax has been paid, guests will receive a link that will allow them to enter the door on the street. Once inside the building, guests will reach the apartment door, next to which there is a keybox (the code of which will be provided by us before their arrival) from which they can pick up the keys to the apartment, to be used throughout the date of the stay.
