Ardour (with Netflix)

This is a condominium 20 to 30 from the airport subject to traffic . It’s suitable for two people. There is a quality bed and a good relaxing chair with TV ( Netflix ) in the main living area. (Fold up mattress for small child) The wash facilities include a hot shower if required. The veranda with good seating directly over looks the pool with views (on a clear day) to Bohol the chocolate hills and to Olango island. The condo is situated with easy access to the new bridge for Travel south The space Seakyung village one (phase 3) marigondon lapu-lapu city. It is easy to book a Grab taxi if you have the app ( or if not Grab, white taxis from the airport are less expensive then the yellow) You can get a trycle to the nearest mall which is Gaisano Grand mall in Marigondon. There are a lot of taxis or Trycles waiting in that area that can take you to the condo. CHECK IN TIME : 2:00 Pm CHECK OUT TIME : 11:00 Am The lights on the veranda are solar and come on automatically. There is an option to use a switched mains ceiling light if preferred. There is an additional under the kitcen cupboard light which is switched on by hand movement; look for the blue light to the left ( back ) of the fridge. The cooker hood switches on when pulled out. You have the option of a low and high setting and use of a light ( switches seen on the right when pulled out) The shower is UK made, consequently it heats up on a very low setting ( after the cold option). 1/Turn on water to shower by lifting the selector on the tap 2/ press on button 3/ select cold or low setting ( adjust temperature with heat dial) 4/ off - reverse the above To flush the toilet hold lever down until flush is activated . 2 Water bottles are provided. Please make sure at least one is full when you leave ( refills on site 25-30 pesos) ABOUT THE PARKING FOR THE GUEST Guest parking is available at 100 PHP/night for 4-wheel vehicles and 50 PHP/night for motorcycles. If you have guests visiting during your stay, they are welcome to park their vehicles on the premises until 10:00 PM. Please note that parking beyond this time will incur an overnight parking fee of 500 PHP.
