Rest from the city: style outside the center

Dear guests, you are welcome in our house. Modern furnishings, with all the comforts. It is located in the peripheral district of Viareggio but strategic, convenient to reach every area of the city and with free parking on the street. By car in 10 minutes you can be on the seafront. Station 5 minutes by taxi to visit cities such as Lucca, Pisa, Florence. For us it is a special place and therefore I wish you to spend good moments in relaxation and tranquility. The space The house is located in the Terminetto district, 2 minutes from the motorway exit of Viareggio south. Free parking on the street and area from which you can easily reach everything: the sea, the pine forest, by car or bike. Large garden and green spaces where to rest and share lunches and dinners with family and friends. Very comfortable in summer and winter, especially during the Carnival period, where you can reach the promenade in just 10 minutes. In winter there is no snow but you can certainly find it as a base to have many destinations at hand and be, however, the sea. Guest access The whole house is at your disposal. On the ground floor you enter there is a large dining/ game room, continuing on the left the stairs to the first floor, continuing on the right the kitchen and bathroom with multifunctional shower, the kitchen and overlooking the courtyard where there is a washing machine and waste bins. On the first floor is the sleeping area with the first 2 bedrooms and the second bathroom with bathtub. Adjacent to the rooms there are two balconies where you can relax and breathe fresh air. Going up to the second floor we find the last bedroom. Equipped with all comforts. There is independent heating. Wi-fi and TV. The TV is smart and you have free access to the main streaming platforms: Netflix and Prime video. Air conditioning is available in every room. Coffee is available for our guests during their stay to have an espresso in the morning. Kitchenette with gas hob. Oven. Large fridge. In each room there is space for clothing. Equipped with everything. From crockery to linen and cooking utensils. Table and iron. Phon. NB: the parking inside can be used as a load/unload. To park the car it can be tight.
