The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, dining room and kitchen with island and outdoor patio. The 2 story cottage has a kitchenette, living room, 2 large bedrooms located on the second floor and 1 shared bathroom upstairs and sleeper sofa downstairs. Both units have full sized washer and dryers, private patios and outdoor seating. Guest access Guests have full access to house and garage cottage. They can use the ping pong table, foosball, card table and games located in the garage. There is no parking allowed garage. Other things to note There is a sleeper sofa in the cottage. It is not a fold out but converts to a bed. there are two baby gates in the two-story cottage available upon request. Pack and play, baby monitor, baby bath and high chair available on request. The main house has a queen size sleeper sofa so the properties can fit 13 guest with use of carriage house sofa and main house pull out sofa bed.
