The apt boasts a prime location for northern lights and nature exploration. 2 min walk from one of the best spots to catch the magical lights, 5-10 min stroll to beautiful trails and great views of the city’s surroundings. Enjoy a peaceful stay, comfy bed and all desired amenities in our great and centrally located studio! The space The apartment is renovated in 2024 and separated from the main house, including having its own entrance. Heated flooring is installed for the entire apartment to ensure a comfortable temperature inside at all times. The studio apartment offers great bus connections in close proximity. The nearest stop is a 2-minute walk away, connecting to lines 20, 21 and 24 taking you directly to and from the airport, the university/hospital, shopping centre area (Jekta & K-1), city centre, the Artic Cathedral, Fjellheisen cable car, Tromsø alpine park etc. Free parking for one car is included in the stay, it is recommended with a 4WD and spiked tires as the roads can be covered with ice and snow during the winter. Between January to March heavy snowfall may occur which increases the activity for snow-clearing in in the streets and close to the property's parking area. It is therefore important to enquire and confirm if parking will be needed for the stay ahead of time. Please be advised that the road leading up to the house is quite steep, please ensure that you are comfortable with driving in winter conditions. Should you bring heavy luggage, it is recommended to consider taking a taxi from the airport. We hope that you'll have a great stay with us.
