Family House For All Seasons, the green heart of A

The house is ideally situated along the main Ennstal Bundestrasse, ENNS is the river , so it lies in the valley of that river, hence its name and the mountain range is called ENNSTALER ALPEN. House lies on the foot of GRIMMING 2351m. Nice small village with 2 pubs . Relax at this peaceful traditional place. There are 4 bedrooms. 3 are with double beds and 1 is with 2 single beds ideal for kids or singles . It’s beautiful in the spring summer and autumn for hiking, in winter it’s skiing paradise The space TOTAL 4 bedrooms . 3 doubles with balcony stretching across two of the bedrooms upstairs . Another double bedroom is downstairs and the 4th bedroom is upstairs with 2 separate single beds .On that floor is also a separate bathroom with bath / shower and WC while the downstairs double bedroom has either direct access to the WC and shower room from the bedroom or can be accessed separately for during the day in order to access toilet . There is a 2nd tall fridge freezer in a separate room along the corridor . The other fridge is built-in and located in the kitchen/ dining room. If you have an extra guest or 2 it’s possible to have an airbed in the lounge . Airbed on request only and extra charges apply Guest access The whole house except cellar which is not developed only for heating and storage at the moment . For Skis and boots it’s ok to use Other things to note Keys will be handed over by Petra after introduction . Please advise exact arrival time well in advance for her to be at the property to show you around. When leaving please let her know in good time the day before or as soon as you know .
