This Poolhouse & BBQ is located in a quiet neighborhood of the lively village of La Eliana, 20 minutes from Valencia. You share the pool with the owner. You can walk to the center of the village in 15 minutes, with a large park and many restaurants and terraces. At the pool house is an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and it is located by the swimming pool which is shared with the owner, in a garden with lots of natural shade to enjoy. The guest house is situated on 2200sqm of land where also the main house (where we as a family live) is situated. 15-minute walk to village centre with many restaurants & terraces and a large park with pond and ducks. 15 min walk to River Turia. To Valencia: metro 5 min walk (35 min ride). By car 25 min to centre, 25 min to beach.
