We invite you to a unique larch cottage that delights with its unique, natural scent of wood. It is a great place to relax in a quiet, historic neighborhood. The climatic interiors of the cottage, full of charm and character, guarantee a comfortable rest. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka. The space We invite you to a lovely larch house, located in a quiet, peaceful area. On the ground floor of the house you will find a living room with a dining room and kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a double sink. In the living room there is a corner sofa bed - 2 people can sleep on it - and a fireplace. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one for 3 people (with one double bed and one single bed) and one for 4- 5 people (with 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed and a double bed which can be separated into 2 single beds), and a bathroom with a shower. The house is surrounded by a large fenced garden with a spacious parking lot and a place for a bonfire. In the immediate vicinity of the house, there are wonderful walking areas and numerous bicycle routes. For lovers of local food - there are numerous atmospheric shops offering local specialties near the house - e.g. locally produced, known throughout Poland "Łomnickie Cheese" - in the company shop you can also buy ice cream based on goat's milk in many original flavors. The house is located near the Rudawy Landscape Park - 10 minutes' walk. About 15 minutes on foot from the Imperial Palace complex with a beautiful park. Numerous attractions near the property: Jelenia Góra/Cieplice 10 minutes by car, Karpacz 10 minutes by car. Tourist attractions: numerous castles and palaces, good restaurants, ski slopes, climbing routes, mountain routes. Stables with the possibility of learning horse riding and off-road riding in a picturesque area - 5 minutes by car. In the nearby Szklarska Poręba/Jakuszyce, there are famous and very picturesque trails for cross-country skiers.
