Cal Coca is an old barn, built in 1800, which was renovated in 2000 to adapt it as a home. It is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Calders, in Moianès, and has a large garden ideal for enjoying and relaxing. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a functional kitchen, a good dining room and a private fenced garden, perfect for a comfortable and cozy stay. Next to it there is a small room with a washing machine and cleaning utensils. Before going up there is a small room where you can find a chest of drawers with sheets and pillows in case you need to use the sofa bed, there is also a high chair for the little ones and a few more chairs in case you need them. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main room is equipped with a double bed with a small balcony that overlooks the garden. Two exterior rooms with two 90 cm beds each. All beds are equipped with sheets, duvet and a blanket. The bathroom, also exterior, is equipped with a nice bathtub so you can relax. In the hallway above there are 3 windows that overlook the garden and also have good views of the Pyrenees. In all rooms there is an electric radiator in addition to having hot water. The outdoor area is very large (400 m2). A fenced garden with a grass area in case you want to let your pet run. There is also a small shed where you can leave your bicycles. Right there you will find a table and chairs to be in the garden. On the right side of the house you will find a woodshed in case you want to use the stove in the dining room.
