You'll receive a check-in guide one week before your arrival, which includes the address, walking directions from the nearest station, and contact information. If you won’t have internet access, be sure to print the guide ahead of time and bring it with you. Please review the guide before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. 2) Can I do early check-in or late check-out? 　・Check-in time: After 4:00 PM (Late arrivals are okay). 　・Check-out time: By 11:00 AM or earlier. 　・Early check-in may be available if cleaning is completed, so please inquire in advance. 　・Late check-out is generally not available. 3) What amenities are provided? Do not dispose of trash outside the building or in unauthorized areas, as it’s illegal in Japan. 7) What if I accidentally enter someone else’s property? Please avoid entering private property without permission. In serious cases, this can result in police involvement. Also, be mindful not to loiter, smoke, or make loud noises in front of other houses to respect the neighbors. 8) Is there an airport transfer service? Yes, we offer airport transfer services and charter tours for sightseeing.
