Vacation rental on the upper floor

Our lovingly furnished apartment of about 100 m² on the upper floor of a single-family home offers plenty of space for families and all the amenities you need for everyday life. We are a friendly family who are happy to answer any questions, but also like to keep our distance and give our guests peace and quiet. The space The property is located in the quiet village of Vollersode. The apartment is part of a detached house in which we ourselves live. The entire upper floor has been converted into a vacation apartment. There are two large bedrooms, a large living room, hallway, kitchen, bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine. There is a 140 cm bed in each of the bedrooms. In addition, a sofa in one of the bedrooms can be converted into a place to sleep. A baby bed can also be provided on request. The garden can be used at any time. The part of the garden provided for the apartment is located at the front of the building. There is occasional contact with us here, as the courtyard entrance/exit is located there. Important to mention: We have a very sweet and friendly female beagle named Maja. Maja uses the entire property and will surely make a detour to the front of the building and greet you with a friendly hello. In the neighborhood, there are many farms/residual farms, some of which keep horses or cows. The nearest shops (small EDEKA with a bakery) are 2 km away. For larger purchases, the nearest supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Rossmann) are about 7 km away. In the next village there are two smaller snack bars that quickly provide delicious food (about 5 km). In another village not far from the apartment, you can stop and eat at the Dierks "Viehspecken" inn. In summer, delicious ice cream is also sold here (about 5 km away). The inn also offers peat boat trips (prior registration required) If you've had enough of the tranquility, you can explore the artists' village of Worpswede, 13 km away. All supermarkets are also open here on Sundays (there may be exceptions during the year! Please note!) There is also a canoe rental on the Hamme there. For warm summer days: The "Stedener See" swimming lake is only 6 km away. The entire region can be described as a moorland region and invites you to hike and cycle. If you are looking for a day trip, the city of Bremen is about 45 km away, the North Sea (Cuxhaven) 51 km, the Karls Erlebnisdorf near Bremerhaven, which opened in May 2025, 34 km, or the recommended Jaderberg Zoo 69 km. The newly built terrace invites you to barbecue and linger. On the property there are several parking spaces that can be used. In addition, bicycles are available for smaller bike tours. Other things to note A cleaning fee of €30.00 applies per booking. For bookings from 06/01/2025, we charge a linen package of €8.00 per person in addition to the cleaning fee. The linen package includes bed linens, 1x bath towel, 1x hand towel. As mentioned, we have a dog (beagle). It roams freely on the premises.
