The newly renovated attic apartment comprises a generous 130 m2 living space and extends over the entire level of the house. From the wardrobe on the 2nd floor, a staircase leads to the open-plan living-dining area with a modern kitchen. Already 50 years ago, my parents opened a small bed and breakfast, the "Gästehaus Kleinsöll" and were soon able to welcome the first guests to our house. In recent years, the bed and breakfast has become a self-contained residential unit, which is mainly inhabited by long-term tenants. Now we look forward to sharing this special "place of power" Kleinsöll with our guests again in the future... The house is located on a hill in rural surroundings with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. An ideal starting point for your walks, hikes or excursions. The small town of RATTENBERG is about 15 minutes away by car, KUFSTEIN, the "Pearl of Tyrol" is 24 km, KITZBÜHEL 40 km and INNSBRUCK 60 km from our home. The nearest ski resorts are also very quickly accessible by car. Both the Wilder Kaiser ski area, the Alpbachtal-Wildschönau ski resort or the numerous ski resorts of the Zillertal. There you will find the apartment entrance, the wardrobe and the private stairs in the open, cozy living area in the attic. Other things to note Our four-legged friends are also WELCOME! If necessary, we also offer dog sitting in the house so that owners can spend the day on the ski slopes without worries.
