The apartment is in a brand new building which is close to the city center (15 minutes tram, 3 minutes car) The guests have a free parking space in the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dish washer, coffee machine, microwave and an electric kettle. The bed is king size with a high quality mattress. There is a Samsung smart TV and a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The floors are heated and the window blinds are electric. It offers its guests unlimited WI-FI, LCD Smart TV with various TV programs in national or foreign languages. Access to the apartment is by elevator and has a parking space. Independent check in. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable, high-quality bed and linen. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining room will offer you everything you could need to prepare a quick meal or simply enjoy the first morning's free coffee! In the living room there is a dining table and stools. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary facilities for guests such as hair dryer, soap, shampoo for hair and body. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central heating and a wide-screen smart LCD TV. You can safely store all your luggage and personal belongings in the walk-in closet. Guest access All our guests can use everything in the apartment including free coffee. The parking space is in an underground garage that is also heated during the winter. Other things to note For the purposes of guest registration in Croatia, the E-visitor system is used, whereby we collect guests' personal data (a legal obligation of the landlord, this right derives from our legal obligation) and such processing is fully in accordance with the GDPR. If the guest refuses to provide his personal data, we have the right to refuse to provide the service. Data collected: ID card number, first and last name, gender, place of residence, country of birth, date of birth and citizenship.
