The house is 2.5 km from the Florence south exit. Street parking is free. Quiet area well served 25 minutes from the Center by bus and about 35 minutes on foot. Mobike is also available. The house and the room are on the first floor of a very bright semi-detached house. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, wifi, kettle, and a small fridge. Private bathroom with shower for the exclusive use of those staying in the room. I live here with my cat and Jacopo here to study. The space It is a double room with hot/cold air conditioning, very bright, equipped with a wardrobe, bedside tables and a desk. The bathroom is adjacent to the room, in addition to the sanitary ware there is a shower and bidet. You also have access to the living room and terrace. In the living room there is a small table available for guests. Guest access Bedroom, bathroom and balcony equipped for enjoyment in spring/summer. Use of the kitchen is not possible.
