Comfortable stay and play located off of the 17th tee box of the Big River Golf Course! Spacious 1250 sq ft 3 bed, 2 bath fully furnished condo in McNary. Special features include gas fireplace, 75” tv, and a patio that sits right on the golf course. Fully stocked kitchen! This is a quiet complex with off-street parking and is an easy commute from Interstate 84 or HWY 730. Close to Umatilla, Hermiston, and only 30 minutes from the Tri-Cities. The space This is a two story townhouse with one bedroom, one bathroom, laundry, kitchen, living room and access to the back patio on the first level. The second level has two additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The lower level bedroom has a king size beed and each upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. Staircase has safety railing but is not suitable for young children to be left unattended. Built in baby gate is installed and can be utilized to prevent children from accessing upstairs. Guest access Guests will be able to self-check in with an integrated smart lock. Guests will have access to 2 off street parking spaces in front of the unit as well as the entire 3 bed, 2 bath condo with the exception of a single locked closet. The back patio is a private area the is open to the golf course.
