Thank you for your understanding. ★ Due to the fact that many traditional Japanese residences are built with wooden structures, sound insulation may be limited. During your stay, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels low, especially at night. Unauthorized late check-out or same-day requests may incur an additional one-time cleaning fee. ★ The room is cleaned by a professional cleaning team. All bed linens, bath towels, and face towels are professionally washed and disinfected to ensure hygiene and quality. These items will be collected after check-out. If any items are lost or heavily stained beyond recovery, replacement costs will be charged accordingly. ★ Please note that this is a private vacation rental, and our service style differs from hotels. Towels are provided once per guest at check-in.
