The Hayloft - converted Georgian barn

The Hayloft is a beautifully converted former haybarn set in the grounds of our Georgian family home. Featuring a log burner and views of the nearby countryside, The Hayloft is the perfect setting for a break in the picturesque Forest of Dean. With easy access to local walks from the front door and access by car to Cheltenham (40 mins), Bristol (40 mins) and Bath (60 mins). The space The Hayloft has been lovingly converted from its former use as a hay store and cart barn. The bedroom incudes a king-size bed and a view of the nearby countryside and woodland. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to self cater for the length of your stay and includes space for up to four people to dine. The living room also boasts views out toward open countryside and woodland and through french doors there’s access to your own private terrace. For colder autumn and winter nights though there is a log burner. The television includes access to most streaming platforms from your own account. The living room sofa can be opened out to a sofa bed in order to accommodate up to four people. There is a comfortable shower room and toilet located on the ground floor. This is the sister property to our other holiday let - Underdean Lodge which has two bedrooms, is on the same site and is pet friendly. Guest access The Hayloft is situated beside our family home. Guests will have access to parking on the drive of our property and The Hayloft has a small private terrace looking out on to our courtyard and field beyond.
