Description
Welcome to our Grade II listed cottage, nestled in the scenic Cotswolds with stunning views of Woodchester Vineyard. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, it's just a short distance from award-winning restaurants, pubs in our village, and bustling market towns. It is the perfect place for long country walks in the cotswold country side and romantic getaways visiting the christmas markets. Our place is dog friendly and we offer travel cots, high chairs at request and lots of games for kids. The space Welcome to our charming Grade II listed Cotswold cottage, featuring two spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds and a shared bathroom equipped with both a bath and shower. The fully stocked kitchen comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, cooker, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, wine glasses, and essential kitchen amenities. We provide complimentary tea, coffee, milk, loo rolls, cleaning supplies, and linens. Unwind in the cosy sitting room with an open fire, perfect after a long countryside walk. If you'd like to enjoy a fire, we can supply a bag of kiln-dried logs, kindling, and a fire starter kit for £7 (B&Q price £10). Just let us know before your stay, and we’ll have it ready for you. Entertainment is covered with a 52-inch TV loaded with Netflix, Prime apps, and plenty of board games and books for kids. For your convenience, the cottage also includes an iron and ironing board. You'll have access to the courtyard garden, which features a dining table and bench seating as shown in the photos. Please note that the upper part of the garden is reserved for family use only and is not included as part of your stay. Our cottage is a private, secluded wing of our home, with keyless entry for your convenience and privacy and you will be sent the code a day before arrival. Please note that the parking area is steep and narrow, which can make it a bit tricky if you have children with car seats, as space can be tight for getting them in and out. If you have a tow bar this will also not work as it will catch on the drive. In these instances, we do have an alternative parking space on the side of the house, which is easier to access and more suitable for one car. If you're only bringing one vehicle, we’d be happy to swap spaces, though please be aware it’s a short walk to the cottage from there. Guest access Guests access the property via a code which will be supplied before stay Other things to note Minimum stay is set to two nights, we can accommodate one night stays but we will charge for linen of £50 in this instance so please note that there will be a premium cost for this. If you would like a one night stay let us know and we will see if we can accommodate it. The stairs are quite steep leading to the bedrooms so if you struggle with stairs this property will not be suitable for you. As the parking on the drive is steep, you will find it is easier to go into the parking space forwards and reverse out. Suitable for larger vehicles including 4x4s but not cars with tow bars. Another space can be provided for a car with a towbar
