Living room has a corduroy pull out couch (not the uncomfortable metal kind) that can sleep 2. Enjoy your meals on the breakfast bar with a stocked kitchenette including dining set, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and other essential supplies. On-site laundry room with premium washer and dryer. Laptop friendly space with high speed fiber internet. Situated in the North Queen Anne area, you will be walking distance to FIFA events, local parks, coffee shops, and restaurants. Enjoy easy access to downtown Seattle, the Space Needle, and Pike Place Market. Bus stop right on the corner, making it easy to explore the city. Guest access You will access to the entire guest suite. Ample street parking available. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. Other things to note **Additional information about the suite** - We live upstairs of the guest suite with a child and a labradoodle (hypoallergenic dog). Sounds/ footsteps might be heard from morning till 10 pm. We will try to keep our best to keep it to minimal. The two units are completely separate. - There’s a single flight of staircase to access the unit. - Parking: Free street parking available (the neighborhood is safe) - Doorbell camera at the entrance. **House rules** - Strictly no parties and events; quiet hours between 9 pm-7am - No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property - Please do not step on rugs and carpeted areas with shoes Violation of rules may incur additional charge.
