The fields next to the house (25 meters maximum size) also allow easy parking. Self check-in with key handover and checkout. Wi-Fi information will be sent to you automatically by Airbnb before your arrival. Village renowned for its pottery where you will find several shops. The space The accommodation is as follows: A common area which is the hallway to access the ground floor (GF) to the upper floor. The ground floor is reserved for the host. Guest floor: Two spacious bedrooms (15 m2 + 15 m2) each with a double bed (one bed and one queen-size sofa bed), as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower (9.5 m2) which is reserved for guests. An accessible gym (29 m2). Bedding and towels are available for both bedrooms. The bedrooms each have a wardrobe. There are also plates, cups and cutlery. A microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Noise is not disturbing within reason. Guest access The floor of my accommodation is reserved for you during your stay. The courtyard is accessible and allows you to park your vehicle. The ground floor is reserved for me. The only common area is the hallway that leads from the ground floor to the upper floor. The two parts communicate with each other and are not partitioned. Important information: the price displayed gives access to a room for 2 people. The condition of access to the second room is to enter 3 guests, even though there are only 2 of you. I reserve the right to refuse if you fail to comply with this rule. The condition of access to the second room is to enter 3 guests, even though you are 2 people. Example: if you are a couple or work colleagues and want to sleep separately, you must enter 3 guests to access the 2nd room. I reserve the right to refuse if this rule is not respected. Please don't hesitate to contact me for more information. There is a cat in the accommodation. It is not binding. She lives outside, but sometimes she spends the night inside. She has been trained not to enter the bedrooms or the bathroom upstairs (as on the ground floor). It's totally possible you won't meet her. :) Possibility to play darts at the back of the courtyard on request.
