The guest bathroom includes a single vanity, shower-tub combo and easy access to the outdoors in case the kids get a little “messy” playing on our acre of land. Those messes are easily cleaned with the included washer and dryer, and we always include a few detergent pods and dryer sheets for our guests—no laundromat required. The cabin is 20 minutes to Dreams Park, the Baseball Hall of Fame and Cooperstown, 15 minutes to Oneonta, 20 minutes to Cobleskill and under an hour to great skiing in Windham and Hunter! Guest access Guests have full access to the main house; however, the garage is separately rented, so please refrain from entering the garage. Other things to note While the horses and barn are idyllic, please remember that they are part of our neighbor’s property. Our neighbors are extremely friendly, and may see them in the morning and evening as they tend to the horses at the barn. Please say hi, and always ask before visiting—although they rarely say no!
