The space Get a great night’s rest in the comfortable bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed and black out shades for a break from the midnight sun. The sparkling clean bathroom provides a refreshing space for your morning routine before heading out to explore the city or the trails. Unwind in the cozy living area after a day of sightseeing or hiking. You will have a 55" smart TV, a kitchenette room with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hot water kettle, coffee, teas, and a variety of snacks and breakfast items. The sofa extends to a comfortable full-size bed for two additional guests. You will also have full private access to our backyard, with a comfortable patio with chairs and a table, as well as a fire pit. Whether you’re here for work or play, our Cozy Retreat offers a comfortable base for experience what Anchorage has to offer. We live upstairs and are very quiet, with our living space over the garage, not the downstairs unit. However, please reach out right away if there is any bothersome noise. We want you to have a peaceful retreat while you are staying with us. Guest access Access is around the side and back of the house. You will park in the driveway and walk on the left (west side) of the house through the wooden gate to your private entrance in the backyard.
