The space This home is very spacious cozy and peaceful. It has enough room for multiple families to gather together but also offers the ability to separate for privacy when desired. The cabin is less than 5 minutes from the ferry, less than 10 minutes from downtown Langley, and within 10 minutes of popular beaches and trails. There are three stories, 2 living rooms, and multiple dining areas. The house is on a sizable private lot with a private dock and a spacious grassy yard with a fire pit. We have everything you need to keep your kids entertained such as games, books, and puzzles, as well as a child-safe gate on the upper deck. Enjoy luxury Percale and Linen bedding. We leave a Smores starter kit, coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar for each reservation. Additionally, we provide one bundle of kindling, firewood, and paper to start a cozy fire in the large handmade river rock fireplace. We also provide everything you need to enjoy the lake from beach towels, umbrellas, and lawn chairs to canoes and kayaks. The main floor has a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, a half bath, and a large living room with a goose-down comfortable couch. The upstairs has a full bath, and 3 bedrooms- a Queen bed in two bedrooms, a bunk bed in the third bedroom, and one twin in the loft/playroom. The basement has a full bath, laundry room, living room, and 2 bedrooms- one Queen and one Double with curtains (instead of doors) for privacy. Guest access Lockbox with key inside by front door. Other things to note Some things to note: -If we have an earlier check-in time or check-out time available we are happy to offer it to you. Always feel free to ask too. -The base nightly rate includes 6 guests. After 6 guests we charge $15.00 per night per guest. The extra guest charge includes children as a guest but not infants (Charges are shown on the reservation as you add guests) -We have one camera facing the driveway. -We only provide one starter kit for making a fire. This includes a bundle of kindling, a few logs, paper and a lighter. We have a fire place as well as a fire pit so please bring your own supplies if you’d like to sit by the fire. -The two bedrooms on the bottom floor have curtains for privacy and not doors. -We allow one dog maximum. No exceptions. You must add your pet to your reservation. We charge a flat $50 pet fee. We provide dog bags, dog garbage, bowls, toys, and towels. -This is a residential neighborhood, and we do not allow parties. -Unauthorized guests or pets may result in being asked to vacate the property with no refund. -We ask that a maximum of one car be parked on the main road.
