Completely renovated historic home in the heart of Middletown with all new furnishing, appliances, workstation, central air & heat, full bathroom, and more! Family friendly with pack and play in master bedroom closet, high chair seat in kitchen and baby plates and silverware. Lovely large master bedroom with queen bed, vanity and standing mirror for getting ready, a 2nd bedroom with queen bed and workstation and 3rd bedroom with bunk bed (full bottom and twin top). Guests are also welcomed to enjoy the backyard with Adirondack chairs and small fire pit. Guest access The entire 2nd floor is for your use except for a small office space that my husband uses for work. This office is completely separate from the unit and has clear signage. There are parking for up to 4 cars - we just ask that you park as far to the left as you can. We share the driveway with our neighbors who live to the right. All access doors are with self-locking key pads and the same code will work for all doors. We provide multiple entry ways for a convenient stay! Other things to note We are on a main street so please expect to hear traffic, mostly during the day. However, ear plugs and a noise machine are included for use in the unit if needed at night. We have up to 4 parking spaces for your use. If additional parking is needed you will have to park across the street by Wesleyan. We live on the bottom floor of the home so you may see us from time to time. Feel free to say Hi, but don’t worry we won’t talk your ear off and allow you to enjoy your stay! Hot tub is under the deck and is available for you to use during your stay! We have one time use slippers if needed just message us. Towels are available by the back entryway of your unit. NO glass in hot tub area! If the hot tub has to be drained, cleaned and refilled due to glass or other products added - you will be charged a $250 fee.
