For the most part, this location is quiet but if you are sensitive to sound, this might not be the listing for you. Inside the apartment has no steps but you will have to walk up 5 steps to get to the apartment door. The bathtub is thoroughly cleaned after every stay but may look otherwise because of some marks from renovating the apartment. We want to be open and transparent with all of our guest.
