Centrally located in beautiful Mt. Pleasant. Only 5 miles to beach, 7 miles to downtown Charleston. Three bedroom ranch style house with coastal decor on one acre of private property. Plenty of parking space, so feel free to bring your boat/camper. Large back deck with outdoor seating, gas grill and a view of beautiful large live oaks. Back yard is fenced in with privacy fence and we are pet friendly! Also own/rent 3 room house next door if more space is needed please see my other listing. The space The kitchen is fully stocked and has a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, electric oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig, Margarita Machine, plenty of pots and pans, dishes and cooking and eating utensils. You’ll find that we provide a good bit of essentials like basic spices, coffee pods, sugar and creamer. 2 full bathrooms (one with shower/tub and one with shower) and a 1/2 bath in master bedroom. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. 3 bedrooms with queen beds. TV with cable in master bedroom. Living area is very spacious with 2 sofas, one has a queen size pull out bed and has a chaise on one end. There is a a 50 in. TV with cable and streaming apps. There is also a pull down desk and chair. There is an opening with a counter top between the kitchen and living room. Both sides have 2 stools. The large back deck and fenced in backyard seems to be our guests’ favorite place to hang out. Fast Xfinity internet (wifi included). Washer and dryer are located in one of the full bathrooms. We have beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, games and books. A few personal necessities are available in case you forget yours. Guest access Everything except one locked closet. Other things to note Trash pick up is early Monday mornings. Please roll the trash can to the road on Sunday night. Recycle pick up is the second Tuesday of the month.
