We created it to give people the opportunity to escape into beautiful nature, enjoy a romantic getaway or a heated pool in season, all while staying within driving distance of the capital city, Prague. Terrace and Garden: - Grill with high-quality equipment for perfect barbecues (a butcher shop with exceptional local farm meat is located in the neighboring village). - Sun loungers and a hammock for ultimate relaxation. - Dining table for shared meals and special moments. -Heated pool with counter-current system (available only in season depending on the weather – unavailable during winter months). The pool is covered and located beneath the terrace, which can be retracted with remote control. -Campfire area with seating for roasting sausages or simply enjoying cozy evenings by the fire. - Outdoor toys for children to ensure fun for the little ones. It features both front and rear entrances. The rear entrance provides immediate access to the Sázava train station. The gate is operated via a GSM module, allowing entry by calling a specific number. Access to the house is managed through a smart lock with a code keypad. Other things to note Arrival Form After booking, we will send you an online check-in form, which you are legally required to complete. We must report each guest to the local authorities, pay the necessary fees, and, in the case of foreign nationals, register them with the foreign police, just as hotels and guesthouses do. Check-in Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, please inform us at least one day in advance, and we will attempt to prepare the apartment sooner. However, this depends on several factors, and we cannot always guarantee early check-in. We always strive to accommodate our guests as much as possible. The day before your arrival, we will send you instructions on how to access the house or inform you if we will welcome you in person. Parking The property offers parking for two cars and two motorcycles. If you arrive with more vehicles, you can easily park on the street nearby. Quiet Hours Please observe the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and treat the house with respect, not only regarding our property but also concerning our neighbors. Pool The pool is not available during the winter months. It will be accessible depending on the weather, approximately from mid-May to mid-October.
