Beautiful new 3-bedroom apartment in the new ARYA - Living Stone residence located in the heart of the Vars les Claux resort, at an altitude of 1850 m. 100m from the slopes. ⛷️❄️ Opposite shops and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk from the resort's heated pool. 🏊‍♂️ The space You will find in my new, modern home: - A living room open to the kitchen. - A master suite (a double bed + a shower room). - A bedroom with 2 bunk beds. - A 160 X200 sofa bed in the living room. - Bathroom with bathtub. - A fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, range hood, microwave, dishwasher etc...) - A flat screen TV. - A separate toilet. - A balcony - A ski locker. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the resort, close to the tourist office, ski schools, and shops. Something to delight the whole family with all the activities offered by the resort. You can get everywhere on foot! Linens and towels are included. Wifi included. Stays are from Saturday to Saturday. Our animal friends are accepted for an additional fee to be paid on site upon arrival (see house rules). Luggage storage possible. You will be located 20 min from Guillestre, 40 min from Embrun, 55 min from Briançon, 45 min from Lac de Serre-Ponçon and one hour from Italy.
