You have two upstairs rooms & a private Full Bath. 1 The Cowboy room (12X22ft), has 3 beds: Queen, Double & a Single. 2 The Blue Room (12X16ft), has a queen bed. Both rooms have a space heater in winter, air unit in summer, small worktable, chair, & small refrigerator each. There's also a 1/2 bath off the entry too if needed. Breakfast is cereal-bread-fruit-Almond milk-Yogurt-Cream Cheese. It's just there if you need it in the morning. There's a nice picnic area in the back yard as well. The space With these two rooms you'll have 2 queen beds, a double, and a single bed. There's a love seat with one working recliner. If someone prefers to sleep sitting up let me know & I'll put some sheets and blankets out for them. There's a window-installed air conditioning unit in the summer & a space heater for the really cold winter nights. You control the temperature. The house has central heating and cooling of course, that is set at what we consider to be moderate and appropriate for each season. These two rooms are perfect for family or any group ready to conquer Zion's mysteries. Guest access The kitchen is SELF-SERVE Continental style breakfast with fresh fruits, cold & hot cereals, bread & occasionally bagels, almond milk, usually yogurt, etc. You're welcome to bring your own food & drink to prepare your own meals. Teas are welcome, but I have NO COFFEE MAKER, just a simple French-Press. CLEAN THE DISHES YOU USE. Any pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils we have in those cupboards on the right of the stove are for your use during your stay. ***You have your OWN SMALL REFRIGERATOR in your room for your things. There is also a great coffee shop on your way to Zion, see the guest book. We have a Golden Doodle dog. His fur is hypo-allergenic. He is in the house quite often, though never upstairs. He's not good with other animals so we do not allow pets, but otherwise very friendly. Our home is on 1/2 acre. Children must be accompanied by an adult when they play in the yard. During your stay We are available if you have questions about local activities and events. My husband Layne is a Distance/Marathon, and Trail- Runner, sometimes they're Animal Trails.
