And just because it's a bit of paradise it could be very inviting to throw a party: unfortunately that is not allowed. Guest access You may use the whole house except the storage room is private. Other things to note The rental price excludes your consumption of water and electricity. The meter readings are recorded at check-in and check-out and must be settled in cash with our property manager Anita before your departure. If you want an interim cleaning, you can indicate this upon arrival. The costs for this are from 95 euros, these are to be paid on site to the property manager. To respect everyone's sleep, there are silence hours from 22:00 to 8:00. It is not allowed to fly drones above the resort. This is due to the privacy of the residents and our tenants. NOTE: On Curacao we depend on 1 provider for water and electricity and on the westside of the island on 1 provider for internet. For both it applies that it is not always stable. There can be power, water and/or internet failures. We as hosts have no influence on that and can’t take responsibility for that. Please take that into account, otherwise don’t book.
