Additionally, you have one recreational room with a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa (blue one in the pictures) and an office with High Speed Wi-Fi and a large desk adjustable to standing or sitting. Please let us know if you’d like us to leave the queen sofa bed set up before your arrival!! There are three large smart TVs throughout the house (one in King Bedroom, one in Living Room and one in the Recreational Room). A fully fenced in large sunny private backyard with a large furnished comfortable lanai to complete your stay. An additional table with 4 more chairs is located off the lanai in a Sunny spot on the east side patio, to enjoy breakfast or the sunset. There’s chaise lounges located on the south side of the lanai. We provide beach chairs and beach towels for our guests. Guest access Entire home with access to one-car low profile manual open/close garage. Other things to note Private Parking in the garage, driveway and on street/property parking (Florida style). You couldn’t possibly be in a better location to everything Sarasota and the surrounding towns have to offer!!!: 1 mile to Siesta Key Beach, 12 min to Downtown Sarasota, 20 min to Lido Beach, 20 min to Venice Beach, 25 min to UTC Mall, 20 minutes to the Sarasota - Bradenton Airport and 30 min to Ana Maria Island and Bradenton. Centrally close to renowned beaches, botanical gardens, state parks, museums, golf, fine dinning and biking trails. Just 5 minutes to Costco, Sprouts, and Target and 4 minutes to Gulf Gate Mall where you have Publix, restaurants, banks and a variety of stores and businesses.
