The space The apartment of a historic and gently renovated farmhouse is located on a sunny slope and is a few minutes' walk from the train station, bus stops and ground floor and has a simple open kitchen, a dining and living room (with 1 sofa/bed/90 x 200 cm), two bedrooms (each with 1 double bed/160 x 200 or 140 x 200 cm), a bathroom with shower and a sunny terrace. The apartment also has its own covered entrance and a garden for shared use. A second apartment (on the upper floor) can be rented in the same house (see airbnb.ch/h/rainhaus1). Guest access The apartment is within walking distance of the train station, bus stops and village center. A private road also provides access by vehicle; however, this can be difficult depending on weather conditions. Especially during the winter and high season, travel by public transport is recommended. Other things to note To preserve the tranquility of the place and the house, the apartment is only rented to respectful and quiet people. The apartment is unsuitable for toddlers (> 6 years) and no animals are allowed. The electricity consumption included in the rental price is 100 kWh per week. The following variable additional costs are not included in the rental price: - Electricity consumption of > 100 kWh per week (CHF 0.30 per additional kWh); - wood for the soapstone oven; - Bed linen, bath and kitchen towels (CHF 20.00 per person/week/change); - Spa (CHF 5.00 per adult or CHF 2.50 per child [6-16 years] per day) and accommodation tax (CHF 1.00 per person per day from 16 years). The variable additional costs (except for any additional consumption of electricity and wood, which are calculated at the end of the stay) are to be paid in cash (CHF or euros) upon arrival.
