Lake Condo with Huge Views! Pool & Boat Slip!

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on Lake Hamilton w/ a boat slip. Sleeps 6. You're right on the water in this condo with unobstructed views of the lake. Everything in the unit is brand new. Contemporary furnishings and decor. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. New flatscreen tvs in living area and master bedroom (both with Roku). Free wifi. Netflix and other channels/apps complimentary. Great pool area for swimming! The space The condo is like new. It was completely remodeled down to the studs in 2020. The unit has two bedrooms. The “master bedroom” has a queen bed, flat screen TV and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full) w/ closet. Master bath includes a new tub/shower combo & barn door slider. The other bathroom is slightly larger and has a nice walk-in shower! The condo has a new washer/dryer inside the unit. One thing to note, the unit has limited closet space. During the remodel, we chose to remove a small closet to make room for the big walk-in shower. Bottom line - there is only one closet in the condo to hang clothes; however, there is ample cabinet storage and drawer space in master bedroom to store your non-hanging clothes. Also, there is one parking space for each of the four condos in my building. Guests in my condo will have one parking space available to them, located in directly in front of the building. Additional vehicles will need to park up by the pool area or in any “guest” designated parking spot. Please be respectful of the other owners/guests and don’t occupy more than one parking spot in front of the building. Thanks! Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: queen bed with attached bathroom Bedroom 2: bunk bed Living room: queen air mattress Guest access You’ll have the entire condo to yourself, in addition to the balcony off the condo. There’s also a lower deck space below the condo where you can fish off the dock or just hang out. The pool and gazebo areas are also available for guests. Please respect the pool rules - and the other owners/guests. Other things to note If you have a boat, you may use one of the boat slips situated in front of the condo building. Please note, be sure to bring adequate ropes and boat bumpers to secure your boat to the dock. This is a busy part of the lake during the summer, and it’s important that you properly secure your boat in the slip to prevent damage from the wakes. NEW CLEANING PROCEDURES: We want you to know we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc. This is done after every stay. We use a very professional and well-trained cleaning crew who uses only the best professional cleaning products. As an added precaution, we supply additional cleaning supplies for our guests to use during their stay.
