If you arrive by car, you will have a parking permit for the parking space in the courtyard of the property. In addition, the necessary supplies for a small child to stay are available for rent. Large windows let in plenty of light and the elegant room height makes the apartment spacious. Loft/bedroom: The spacious loft serves as a master bedroom with one 160x200 cm bed. The room height in the loft is about 140 cm. The loft railing is glass and the loft has great views of the apartment's living room and kitchen. NOTE! Unlike the pictures, the blackout curtains installed on the windows are not in use. Lounge area: The sofa and armchairs in the spacious living room provide a good opportunity for pastime and comfortable evening gatherings. The Karup sofa in the living room is foldable, so it also serves as one bed. The size of the sofa is 140x200 cm when spread out. Kitchen: The well-stocked kitchen offers everything you need for cooking. The efficient oven and induction stove ensure that cooking is smooth. Small appliances include a microwave oven and a Wilfa coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender. In addition, the tableware is comprehensive and of high quality. The quiet dishwasher is an XXL model. Bathroom and toilet: The bathroom and a separate toilet allow for smooth morning activities. The bathroom sauna and rain shower in the bathroom guarantee relaxation at the end of the day. In addition, the bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and shower soap, as well as a washing machine and laundry detergent for laundry. The purpose of the air heat pump, which significantly increases living comfort, is to cool down in the summer heat and therefore its operating period is from the beginning of May to the end of September, depending on the weather. The distance from the apartment to the train station is about 1.5 km, to the bus station about 1 km, and if you travel by your own car, we offer the opportunity to park the vehicle in the property's own courtyard free of charge. Other things to note The apartment is located in a peaceful and quiet property. Please note that parties are not allowed in the apartment. Quiet hours are every day from 10 pm to 7 am. There are electric car charging points in the courtyard of the property, but we cannot guarantee that they will be in use if maintenance work is in progress.
