Nestled in the hills of San Gennaro on 7 hectares of land, La Casa Di Bruno is a typical 19th-century Tuscan building, completely renovated, located at the foot of magnificent terraces of olive trees in restanque and cedars of Lebanon. This 350 m² house includes 4 large bedrooms with air conditioning, heating, bathroom, 3 showers (including 2 walk-in) and 4 toilets, a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large attic with panoramic views The space Casa Di Bruno is a typical Tuscan building of the late 19th century, completely renovated, located in the countryside and at the foot of beautiful terraces of olive trees in restanque and cedars of Lebanon. This warm setting will welcome you in your quest for purity and tranquility. This 350 m² house includes 3 spacious 25 m² bedrooms each with Épeda/Pyrenex bedding, air conditioning and heating, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and 3 toilets. In addition, a fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor, with its own bathroom and toilet. This villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, Tuscan dishes and all the utensils for cooking, a dining room with a large iron and wood table overlooking the garden and pergola, a fireplace sofa area dedicated to reading and relaxation, and finally an attic located under the wooden beams of the time and offering panoramic views of the surrounding nature. This 60 m2 space is also air-conditioned, and you can share a beautiful movie on a large 4K screen or listen to the warmth of vinyl thanks to a Bluetooth Hi-Fi, all with Wi-Fi. For your information, I live on the property, in a separate annex, which allows me to be fully available if needed, while respecting your privacy.
