You have access to 2 designated parking spot on site (2 cars MAX).. We are a 20 minute drive to Las Olas Beach. This apartment, while apart of a multi unit structure, offers complete privacy with exclusive access via private keypad gate and door for you and your travel companions only. Please note - there is a door directly next to the closet door with a keypad on it- this is the water heater closet. There is NO ACCESS! This door is locked and inaccessible from EITHER SIDE (it is a closet)! Your unit is private to you and only you have access to your unit via keypad entrance door. Other things to note We are located 15 minutes from Ft Lauderdale Beach, 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, 12 minutes from Wilton Drive, and 20 minutes to the famous Guitar Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL. We are 30 minutes to downtown Miami. NO PARTIES or large groups of persons (at any time) will be permitted on the premises, no exceptions- this is a family neighborhood. TWO persons per booking permitted maximum per fire Marshall orders NO dogs or pets, no exceptions- we provide allergy free accommodations! NO SMOKING - Outside area ONLY, 10 feet from unit. NO MAIL OR PACKAGES OF ANY KIND to be delivered or sent to the property during your stay. Please use amazon lockers location or USPS 2 mins away. NO more than 2 cars for your reservation permitted on the property. Please do not bring more than 2 cars to the property at any time, please do not disturb neighbors or park anywhere other than your designated parking space. (2 cars should be parked side by side next to each other in your parking area, please do not park single file over the side walk as it is not permitted by the city).
