DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE There is a designated area in the backyard. Any evidence of smoking inside the house will result in a $500 charge for odor removal, and furniture cleaning. PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED We want you to have fun at the house, But if you are looking for a place for parties, then this is not the place for you. LOST/STOLEN: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 24/7 AVAILABLE HOST Guest access The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. This property is for the use of registered guests only, anyone not on the reservation is not permitted on the property. Other things to note Necessary information that doesn't sound all that fabulous but needs to be provided - "Fine Print" 😊😊😊 As the responsible party and primary occupant of this rental, you must be present during the entire reserved period. We do not rent to college groups. The person responsible for the credit card payment may email us the photo IDs of all staying guests (driver's license, passport, or other reasonable form of legal identification). Provide us with information about your trip and your guests before booking. If at any time the maximum occupancy exceeds the initial booking, or if there is excessive noise, the owner reserves the right to evict guests immediately and charge a minimum service fee of $500. Refunds for remaining days are at the owner's discretion. The owner must be notified about all additional visitors not part of the initial reservation and must approve their arrival. Any sign of smoking inside the house will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $500. No more than 4 cars are legally allowed to park on the property.
