Relax in this quiet and stylish space with a delightful grassy backyard where you can park your car, and enjoy the sea breeze on a pleasant beach just steps from the gate, a true extension of Casa Loft's backyard, an exceptional place for hiking, and here is the open sea with strong waves Our quiet neighborhood of Morada do Sol between Vila Velha and Guarapari, very close to the most delicious beaches of the Capixaba coast, shopping malls and nightlife for vehicle travel. The space We are located in a quiet neighborhood bathed by Praia da Baleia, and 15 minutes from Boulevard shopping mall and the busy beaches of Vila Velha, and also 25 minutes from the trendy municipality of Guarapari following the Sol highway. Casa Loft is in the cool Brazilian Colonial style, located in the Morada do Sol neighborhood of Vila Velha, with access to the grassy backyard by a side street to the beach, where it is possible to park the car internally. It has a comfortable wooden balcony and deck facing the backyard. Casa Loft has two floors. On the street level floor, we have a large living room with a dining table, with a TV area where we have a super comfortable double sofa bed, and to the side of this room we have a full bathroom. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter and is fully equipped. A back door has access to a service tank. A staircase leads to the upper floor, and under it we have a work table. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and air-conditioning, with a full bathroom next door, which also serves the mezzanine in front where we have a single mattress and a high-foam tatami mattress. Guest access Access is directly from the street, we live next door and are always present on site. Other things to note We ask you not to smoke inside Casa Loft, as well as to kindly not use loud noises, respecting the moments of rest of the neighborhood after 10 p.m.
