The suite has its own furnace and thermostat, so you can control your own temperature. A NOMA oscillating fan is provided. Extra blankets are available for colder days. 🚗 Parking Reserved parking may be available upon request. Free street parking is available nearby on 97 Street. Limited front parking may be available after 6 PM on weekdays. Guest access 🏡 Guest Access Guests have full private access to the entire self-contained basement suite, including a private entrance with keyless entry. The suite includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, private bedroom, private bathroom, and living area. There are no shared spaces, so you can enjoy a comfortable and independent stay with complete privacy. Street parking is available nearby, and detailed check-in instructions will be provided before arrival. Other things to note 📋 Essentials at a Glance Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The base rate includes 2 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 2. All overnight guests must be registered in advance. Smoking or vaping is not permitted indoors. Outdoor use is allowed if all waste is properly cleaned up. One small pet may be approved in advance. Utilities are included up to $250 per stay. Parking is not guaranteed, but free street parking is available nearby. If a parking spot is granted, it must be registered. Vehicles left after checkout may be towed. Additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy, for a total of 11%. For full details, please refer to the Linkbase guest portal. 🔐 Compliance & Guest Portal To keep the process simple, we use Linkbase, a secure guest portal with no app download or sign-up required. You’ll receive a link and be guided through the required steps. As part of local compliance requirements, all reservations must include: A signed rental agreement Government-issued ID verification A $700 CAD refundable security hold plus a non refundable $5 USD transaction fee as a pending transaction only, not an upfront charge. As an alternative to the security hold, guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver through a third-party insurer. The waiver costs $8 USD per night, capped at $59 USD per stay. Your Linkbase portal may also offer optional third-party upgrades such as: Early check-in request for $35 CAD for 1 hour or $50 CAD for 2 hours Late check-out request for $80 CAD for 1 hour or $100 CAD for 2 hours Completion of these steps is required before check-in instructions and entry codes will be provided. 🎥 Security There are exterior security cameras on both sides of the house facing the fence line. 🔑 Entry The home has keyless entry. Your access code will be provided before check-in once all required steps are complete. 🏠 A Quick Reminder This is a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with care and respect.
