This spacious home offers a luxurious King bed in Bedroom 1, a cozy Queen bed in Bedroom 2, and a living room with a Queen sofa bed and a Twin sofa bed for extra flexibility. The space ✪ Property Overview ➜ Approx. 884 ft² / 82 m² of space. ➜ Pool is available for all guests to share and enjoy during their stay. ➜ (2) Two designated parking areas available ✪ Sleeping Arrangements ➜ Bedroom 1 features a luxurious King bed for a comfortable night's sleep. ➜ Bedroom 2 offers a cozy Queen bed, perfect for relaxing. ➜ The living room includes a larger sofa bed that converts into a Queen, along with a smaller sofa bed that converts into a Twin. ✪ Living and Working Space ➜ Equipped with a smart TV from which you can enjoy access to Netflix or YouTube. ➜ High-speed internet access. ➜ Spacious living room with comfortable seating. ✪ Bathroom ➜ 1 Clean and sanitized bathrooms with essentials. ✪ Kitchen and Dining ➜ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge and a stove. ✪ Amenities ➜ Washer and dryer machines are conveniently located within the building. ➜ Full sets of hotel-quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels. License Number - 2035331 ➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER: Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. Guest access ➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit, except for the pantry above and below the kitchen door. Please make yourself at home. ➤There are two designated parking areas: one in the rear with a covered space and the other along the street in front, starting after the loading zone. Parking in any other area is prohibited. Other things to note ➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed. ➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
