Hagerman Orchard

The Hagerman Orchard, built in 2021 is located in town, walking distance to great food, grocery store, national park visitor center and the park. Only 5 minutes to the river and less than 10 minutes to multiple hot springs. There is plenty of flat parking on site. built in an established orchard with a variety of trees, patio and BBQ to enjoy the weather. The space This 2 bedroom, 1 bath is designed to make the most of a little space. A king bed and queen bed are completed with wonderful soft linens. A full kitchen and bar area. are combined with the open living/dinning area. There is a laundry room for your use and a very spacious bathroom with a large shower. There's a fire pit in the orchard that guests are welcome to use, along with a picnic table on the patio. There's a BBQ out side as well. We do not offer extra guests.... there are only beds for 4 people, big or small and it makes it tight. Please include children in your guest for this listing, we do not want the couches used as beds due to the increased wear and staining. We love our pets, but we limit pets to 2 dogs (no cats, birds, bunnies, hamsters) and we do require a $50 pet fee per reservation for the added clean up that comes along with pets. This is automatically added to your reservation cost when you register your pet with the number of guests. Please review out house manual for further pet information. Guest access There is ample flat parking in from of the Orchard, and we're located only a block off of Main Street. This is a great property for accommodating boat trailers without needing to back in. We welcome pets, but ask that they stay off the furniture and that you pick up after them in the yard. Please keep your pets from digging in the Orchard, and use the supplied 'hot spring' towels located in the bedroom closet for wiping dirty paws prior to coming in the house. We welcome guest to enjoy the fruit in the Orchard, but please only take what you will use during your stay. Other things to note There are 2 steps onto the deck to get into the house, otherwise it is a 1 level.
