The apartment is on the bottom floor (above ground) with its own private & secure gate, entrance & parking spot. My wife and I live on the top floor, should you ever need anything. Other things to note No Parties - the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment at all times is four. No cleaning is required during your stay.
