A Perfect Summer Escape: Embrace the beauty of the season. Open the traditional toono (skylight) to catch the gentle summer breeze and fall asleep under a clear, starry sky. Surrounded by vibrant, quiet fields, the round walls and soft lighting create a grounding space to breathe, disconnect, and enjoy the longer, warmer days. The space Inside, the yurt is airy, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Hand-crafted in Mongolia using traditional wood latticework and a round toono skylight, it carries a warm and grounding presence. The queen-size bed sits beneath the skylight, where you can fall asleep stargazing. In the morning, bright summer sunlight pours through the large east-facing window, opening to lush green fields and a slow, peaceful start to the day. You may also hear our rooster calling at dawn — a small part of the farm rhythm here. Kitchenette & Private Bathhouse The kitchenette is simple and well-equipped, with an induction cooktop, mini-fridge, toaster oven, kettle, and all the basics for easy meals. Brew iced tea, make breakfast, or share a slow dinner without needing to leave your hideaway. Just a few steps away is your private bathhouse, with a refreshing hot shower and composting toilet — clean, bright, and strictly for your use only. Outdoors A wraparound wooden deck gives you space to breathe and take in the vibrant life of the land. Sip coffee in the fresh morning air, or relax with a cold drink as the sun sets over the fields. When the night is clear, head to the shared fire pit. The summer sky here is wide and full of stars — the kind you don’t see in the city. Quiet mornings bathed in sunlight, Lantern-lit evenings by the fire, Long, unhurried conversations, Letting time stretch and soften. Here, the world feels a little quieter — and you get to just be together. Guest access The yurt and all its amenities, including the private deck and outhouse, are exclusively yours during your stay. Other things to note 🔥 Heated Outhouse A high-quality composting toilet and hot shower are available in the heated outhouse, just a few steps from the yurt. 🐜 Seasonal Bug Advisory During the summer months, expect some bug activity as part of the natural surroundings. We recommend bringing insect repellent for added comfort. 🐾 Pet Policy We welcome your pets, but please follow these guidelines to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone: Advance Notice Required – Please inform the host before your arrival if you plan to bring a pet. Allowed Pets – Only domestic dogs and cats are permitted. Pet Fee – A $35.00 pet fee applies per stay. No Unattended Pets – Pets cannot be left alone in the yurt unless they are secured in a kennel. Furniture & Sleeping Areas – Pets must have their own beds and are not allowed on the furniture or guest bed. Owner Responsibility – Guests are fully responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required due to their pets. Waste Cleanup – Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste in the garbage box provided. Extra Cleaning Fees – Any soiling or damage requiring extra cleaning or replacement may result in additional charges. 🚭 Smoking/Vaping Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the yurt. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. All cigarette butts must be disposed of in the provided ashtray—please do not litter.
