The living room fan is currently out of order. This four-story house comes with everything you need for family entertainment, including board games, TV's in almost every room, a swimming pool, a game room and a fire pit down below. This house has two decks to take in the view; you can also see the view from the pool! Everything in the house is remodeled and brand new. This house sleeps 13 comfortably, and also includes four standing showers. The kitchen, living room, and dining room table all overlook the beautiful view through the huge window panes in the back of the house. This is a gated community and per community guidelines, you and all your guests will be asked for a copy of your government ID and must pass a screening check and may be asked for an additional security deposit. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. -The property does not accommodate pets. It's restricted by the management. Pool will be closed by the end of September and reopens in the spring. Especially when seasons change you may notice bugs in the home as they seek shelter. We do have pest control that we can offer to send to alleviate this issue. ***The road up the mountain is a short paved road that is steep and has two switchbacks before reaching our side road. If you are towing something please make sure your vehicle can handle the incline, (feel free to contact us ahead of time if you have concerns). On very rare occasion extreme winter conditions can make the road impassible.
