Camping Kiviniemi is a quiet and nature-friendly accommodation area, between southern Savo and central Finland. Services, restaurants, shops and a pharmacy are within walking distance. Restaurant services about 50 meters away. COMMON TOILETS AND SHOWERS. Camping Kiviniemi has been operating in Kangasniemi's Lapaskanka since 1985. The current owners started operations in June 2023. The size of the area is about 16 hectares. Includes two beaches, a separate beach for dogs. There are three saunas, a spa and plenty of water activities in the area. Kangasniemi has been chosen as the most beautiful municipality in Finland and still holds that title. The area is on the shore of Lake Puula, which is 330 km2 in size. Finland's 12th largest lake. The abundant fish stock includes e.g. lake salmon, lake trout and eel.
